In 1853, the first National Constitution is drawn, in the Preamble of which the country is open to all men... Between 1869 and 1895 strong immigration doubled the Argentine population... In 1910, Buenos Aires is the biggest city of Latin America with more than 1,2000,000 inhabitants...the Gran Aldea of the XIX c. Progressively turns into one of the most important cities in the world...foreigners and Argentineans cooperate together for this progress...
