RESPONSIBILITIES: BUEGay Argentina is exclusively an agent with legal limitations. BUEGay Argentina will not be responsible for loss, damage, injury, delays, additional costs or any other irregularities which may be caused either by omissions or negligence of companies or individuals who provide transportation, accommodation or any other service related to the package, due to situations out of BUEGay Argentina control or unforeseen circumstances. BUEGay Argentina reserves the right to modify or cancel any program within a tour when it is considered necessary for the benefit of the passenger / customer. BUEGay Argentina will exercise all possible precautions to avoid all previously detailed sitations.

PRICES: All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include all services, transfers and excursions mentioned in the package except where indicated that they are not included. Prices do not include personal expenses, tips, gratuities, airport departure tax or any other additional expenses not specified in the package.

PAYMENTS: Total payment in advance (30 days) is required before arrival to the country. All payments must be made by deposit or wire transfers to our account (details will be provided when closing package arrangement). When payment is processed through the bank, agency or passenger / customer must advise BUEGay Argentina. Once payment is confirmed in our account BUEGay Argentina will accordingly inform agency or passenger / customer.

CANCELLATIONS: BUEGay Argentina do not charge for cancellations if processed within 30 days before arrival to the country. If cancellations are requested within 30 days to arrival to the country, charges will be processed to the agency or passenger / customer. Transfer cost will apply.
